Terms & Conditions
1. Refunds - All sales are final other than those where a shipped product is either defective or an incorrect product has been shipped. In either of these events, Dog-Tags.co.uk, upon return of the defective or incorrectly shipped product, will (at no expense to the customer) replace the returned product. Please refer to our refund policy.
2. "Special Offers" provide discounts on select products or product sets. Ordering products piece by piece that in combination are the same as a special offer set may result in a higher price if not explicitly ordered using the special offer section. Refunds will not be provided to customers who make this mistake. Customers are urged to always review our special offers prior to submitting an order.
3. Artwork - Dog-Tags.co.uk reserves the right to make subtle changes to artwork without notice. These changes, if they are made, are only done in an ongoing effort to improve the quality and appearance of our products.
4. Privacy Policy - Information provided to Dog-Tags.co.uk will be used solely by Dog-Tags.co.uk to fulfill an order. No information will be provided to 3rd parties other than that required by authorized financial institutions for the one-time payment processing transaction.
5.Shipping - Please note, that while we do intend to get our dog tags shipped out on the same day as the order being placed, this can vary due to the time of order. Please allow anywhere between 1 and 7 days for shipping.
